Every search depends on compatibility, availability, and intentional alignment.

No Refund Policy
Due to the time, screening, identity verification, and personalized work involved,
all payments are final and non-refundable. Once the screening call and search begin, your matchmaker invests time, effort, and resources — refunds are not possible.

One Match at a Time
MAKTŪB introduces one intentional, hand-selected match at a time.
This protects halal communication, avoids confusion, and maintains emotional clarity.

Confidentiality & Privacy
All client information is 100% private and confidential.
Nothing is shared without your permission.

Respect & Professional Conduct
Applicants must be honest, respectful, and serious about halal marriage.
Disrespectful behavior results in immediate removal from the service.

Post-Introduction Process
Clients are asked to provide honest feedback after each introduction.
This helps guide the process and determine next steps.

Continued Search
If the match is not aligned, MAKTŪB continues the search as long as the client follows the guidelines and remains active.

All clients must submit ID and a clear photo.
